Once completed you will receive your new V5 with the age related plate on it. This is the V5 you need to bring with you when you collect your new vehicle from us. If you have lost the V5 you can contact DVLA on 0300 790 6802 and apply for a new one.
SERVICE HISTORY - This is extremely important when we value your vehicle. If you have told us about a full main dealer service history or partial history we will need evidence of this in the form of invoices, service book or an online printout.
M.O.T. - We will require a valid MOT certificate if applicable.
KEYS – These are very important as a key can be very costly and hard to reproduce, please ensure you bring all the keys available to the vehicle. If you only have 1 key this would need to be mentioned at the time of the valuation as this can impact on the value we offered.
OWNER’S MANUALS & REMOTES – Please bring these and keep them in the vehicle glovebox.
