I had an issue with an advisory repair identified during a service check. Replacement brakes on a 16 month vehicle with 13k mileage with a cost of £1500 was a concern. I asked the receptionist if I could speak to the Aftersales manager. I was asked to take a seat while the receptionist spoke Stuart Pender, the aftersales manager about my concern. The receptionist returned to say the Manager was busy and had said the defects are not covered by warranty. I asked to speak to the Manager, but was informed he was on a conference call. when I asked to speak to the General Manager, I was told he too was on a conference call. I requested that the After Sales Manager phone me later in the day. I didn't get that call. I returned the following day to speak to the Aftersales Manager. I found I had to ask him to lower his voice during our discussion as he dismissed and disagreed with my thoughts on instigating a warranty claim, while they were happy to include a cost of replacement parts. I will never deal with this Jaguar dealership again.

Excellent experience from start to finish: from booking appointment for test drive to test drive (unaccompanied, a first and very welcome), through the ordering experience, the speed of delivery and the handover experience. Everyone was friendly and professional and couldn’t do enough for you! Our Sales Executive, Marc Hutchison, was a joy to deal with! Thoroughly recommend!

I had some feedback regarding the condition of my tyres. Fronts at 2.8mm rears at 3.4mm, I was advised that I replaced my front tyres which I will do before limit is reached and understand braking distance maybe compromised. However, the technicians should have swapped the wheels rears to fronts as a basic rotation, as then the fronts with more tread would be safer while I arrange for the tyres to be replaced. I assume that the inspection is a wheels off inspection, so that could have been done without much additional work. In anycase, wheel rotation should be considered as part of the standard service to retain even tyre wear as standard operating procedure (where square setup on the car exists).

It was a 99% level of service for me. You could hoover more than just the mats. Hoovering seats and dusting the dashboard and gear stick would have made me 100% happy when my car was returned to me.
