Location is out of the way and takes 2 people to drop and collect car at any given time. 2-3 month lead time from issue raised to booking (making it highly likely) unable to diagnose issue - even with video evidence. Thrice giving info and relayed incorrectly back to myself (frustrating). Left with car with intune still not working - even when aware was not resolved…never had this from competitor brands. For being a “high-end” brand, overall service felt lacking.

Really poor service certainly not premium, always taken my vehicle to the Maryhill branch which is now closed and moved to the new one in Hillington which has seen a major drop in service. Asked for car not to be washed as it had just been machine polished and ceramic coated, car came back washed? Issues with warranty had to make 6 calls to finally get the service girl to do what had originally been asked. Could not give me a response to any of my questions as to the reason the camera on the car had failed and I am not confident that the issue was actually triaged, when questioned was told the technician could see water at the camera so we believe it needs replaced. I asked if a seal on the camera had failed and I received a look which said how dare you question this, 10 mins later I was told they would not know the answer until I paid for the part to be swapped which tells me they don’t actually know or take the time I have paid for to do a proper triage of the issue. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to lookers at Hillington avoid if possible

Car was in for a MOT and the whole exercise from booking car in, phone call and emails to confirm appointment time and the test itself was one of true professionalism.

AVOID Please avoid this shambles of a dealership. My car was booked in for February 5th and I have just received it back today. The car was in for a coolant leak which was diagnosed on the 7th February as a water pump issue. I was having to constantly phone the service area for an update to approve work on the car to constantly get told I’ll get a call back which didn’t happen. The service person I dealt with was called Aaron I found him very unprofessional and did not trust my car with him or this dealership. I explained to him my car has been in before and I had a bad experience where my car was slightly damaged and yet again got the car back today with damage. In the end I had to get a water pump and the headlight jets done as it was a mot failure. So a total cost of just over £800 and my car has damage. I will not be using this dump again and I’m very close to selling my car as a result! I can not think of anything worse than dealing with Jaguar service advisors as they don’t care about the customer even though you pay top price for the repairs. The experience has put me off jaguar and as a result I will not be purchasing another one in the future.
